Linking with a specific project is a brilliant way for your church to help support the church overseas as it brings transformation to people’s lives.
Through Connected church, you can do just that. All you have to do is select from a range of church-based projects the one that your church would like to support.
You make a manageable commitment that as a church you will pray for that project, and you decide how much you’d like to give to support it financially (minimum £500 per year).
Once you’ve decided to start the relationship, we’ll provide some more information about the project to help your church pray for it. Then, once a quarter there’ll be an update on the project available here, so you can see the impact of your giving.
The projects you can support are in a variety of countries. What they have in common is that they are all examples of the local church working in poor communities to see people released from material and spiritual poverty.
It could be Christians providing clean water in Uganda, or caring for children orphaned by AIDS in Cambodia, or a range of other crucial responses to people in need.
Through Connected church your church has a great opportunity to be part of a worldwide network of churches working to see people released from poverty.
